Shipping policy

1. Most stock orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.

2. The shoe City stock items are subject to availability. If an item ordered is out of stock, a representative will contact you within 1-2 business days using the contact information that was provided at the time the order was placed.

3. We can ship products anywhere in South Africa using Courier Guy When an order is placed, estimated delivery dates based upon the availability of the item(s), shipping method selected and final shipment destination will be provided. Shipping charges are determined by the total weight of the order placed.

4. The shoe City is not responsible for delayed delivery or damages due to shipping errors by the courier services.

5. Order errors or changes must be reported within 3 days from the date of shipment.

6. Free Shipping - Stock product orders of R1500 or more within South Africa qualify for free Shipping. Free shipping offer does not apply on custom printed products or orders shipping.
